Terms of use – Consoli.ai beta and free trial
Last updated 17 October 2026 · version 2026-10-17
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between Flyt Norge AS, org.nr. 927 011 913 (“Flyt”, “we”), and the business or organisation that creates an account (“the Customer”, “you”). They apply to all use of Consoli.ai, including the website, the application, its integrations and its AI features (together “the Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the Service.
2. For businesses only
The Service is offered to businesses and organisations only, not to consumers. By signing up you confirm that you use the Service in the course of a business and not as a consumer.
3. Beta service, provided as is
The Service is in a beta stage and is made available for testing and evaluation. It is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may contain errors, be unstable or unavailable, lose or corrupt data, and change or be discontinued, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. Data may have to be imported again, and Flyt may reset or delete data in the Service when needed.
4. Free trial and what happens after it
Access is free of charge for 30 days from the day your account is created. No payment card is required. Flyt may end, shorten or extend the trial at any time.
When the trial ends, Flyt may – but is not obliged to – offer you the option to continue using the Service. Continued use after the trial requires a separate agreement. Pricing has not been decided, and nothing on the website or in the Service is an offer of a price or of continued access. If no such agreement is made, your access may end and your data may be deleted after the trial.
5. Supported accounting systems and third parties
The Service currently supports only Odoo, Tripletex and PowerOffice Go, and the integrations are at different stages of development. Flyt does not guarantee that any integration works with your setup. Your accounting systems, and other third-party services you connect, are governed by your own agreements with those vendors. Flyt is not responsible for third-party systems, their interfaces, changes or outages.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give correct information when you sign up and keep your login details safe.
- Connect only systems and upload only data that you are entitled to use, and make sure you have a lawful basis for sharing any personal data the data contains.
- Keep your own copies of all data. The Service is not a backup or an archive.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your users.
- Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, test or circumvent security, overload the Service, reverse-engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. No professional advice – always verify figures
Reports, figures, consolidations, eliminations, currency translations, suggestions and AI-generated content are provided for information only and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not accounting, auditing, tax, legal or investment advice and are not a statutory consolidation. You must check all results against your own ledgers and advisers before relying on them. Decisions you make based on the Service are your own responsibility.
8. AI features
AI features can make mistakes. Financial figures are calculated by the reporting engine, not by the AI model, but layouts, texts and suggestions from the AI may still be inaccurate. When you use AI features, your prompt and the report context needed to answer it may be sent to a third-party AI provider.
9. Your data and personal data
You keep all rights to the data you bring into the Service. Flyt uses it only to provide the Service to you. Flyt takes reasonable security measures but does not guarantee against loss, corruption or unauthorised access, and makes no backup commitment during the beta.
Flyt is the controller for the contact details you give at signup (name, company, e-mail and phone number). We use them to run your account and the trial, to contact you about the beta, and to tell you about any option to continue after the trial.
For personal data contained in the data you connect or upload, Flyt acts as your data processor. Flyt processes it only to provide the Service and on your instructions as given through your use of the Service, keeps it confidential, and uses hosting and – if you enable them – AI providers as sub-processors. Flyt deletes it when the account is closed, unless the law requires otherwise. Contact us if you need a separate data processing agreement.
10. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flyt gives no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flyt and its owners, employees and subcontractors are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Service, the trial or these terms. This applies to direct and indirect loss alike, including loss of data, profit, revenue, business or goodwill, costs of recovery, fines, and losses caused by decisions based on the Service. It applies whatever the legal basis of the claim – contract, tort, negligence or otherwise – and even if Flyt was told such loss was possible.
If, despite the above, Flyt is found liable, Flyt’s total aggregate liability is limited to NOK 1,000.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Norwegian law, such as liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold Flyt harmless against all claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, brought by third parties – for example your customers, employees, data subjects or public authorities – that arise from your use of the Service, your data, or your breach of these terms or of the law.
13. Suspension and termination
Flyt may suspend or close any account, and delete its data, at any time and for any reason, without liability. You may stop using the Service at any time and can ask for your account to be deleted by e-mailing hei@flytconsulting.no.
14. Intellectual property and feedback
Flyt owns all rights to the Service. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use it during the trial. Flyt may use feedback and suggestions you give freely and without compensation.
15. Changes to these terms
Flyt may change these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Material changes will be announced by e-mail or in the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes belong to the ordinary Norwegian courts, with the district court for Flyt’s registered office as the agreed venue.
